I view therapy as a nonjudgmental place for clients to challenge themselves while also feeling supported. I understands that at times humor can be an effective way to create an open and safe space for clients. I believe that thoughts, behaviors, and emotions can all be made healthier for you to live the life you want to live. I help individuals and couples find growth through empowerment and strength through our work together.

Work together with your partner to improve communication, resolve conflicts and strengthen your relationship through evidenced based modalities such as EFT and mindfulness.
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) was created by Steven Hayes in the 1980s. This treatment modality focuses on values driven behavior, mindfulness, and acceptance based skills to help improve your life. This treatment is empirically validated for a broad range of disorders.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most popular therapeutic modalities. CBT focuses on cognitions and behaviors to help alleviate symptoms in many disorders.
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) "is a humanistic, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy, drawing primarily from attachment theory to facilitate the creation of secure, vibrant connection with self and others. Rooted in the science of emotions and attachment, EFT helps clients identify and transform the negative processing and interaction patterns that create distress. It’s effective in treating individuals (EFIT), couples (EFCT), and families (EFFT), addressing a wide range of issues from marital distress to individual anxiety and trauma." (ICEEFT.com)

Under the No Surprises Act of 2022, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance a "Good Faith Estimate" (an estimate of the costs associated with expected services). You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. We are happy to provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate at any time before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
